Wedding Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Competition begins 10.00am 18th May, 2008 at the Our Wedding Expo and Bridal Fair at “The Great Hall”, University of Wollongong, Northfields Avenue, Wollongong NSW 2500.
2. Prize value is in excess of $15,000 based on the value of the product and services being offered by participating businesses.
3. The closing date and time of the competition will be on the 1st February, 2009 at 1.00pm.
4. There is only one (1) winner and the winner MUST be at the Barrel Draw of the competition at the Illawarra Weddings Expo on the 1st February, 2009 at Sea Spray Function Center, Junction Road, Shellharbour (on Shellharbour North Beach) NSW 2529, at 2.00pm.
5. The winner must have proof of identity at the draw. Eg: Driver Licence.
6. Entrants in the competition acknowledge that they accept all conditions of entry to the Unlimited Marketing Potential (Trading as Our Wedding Expos™) competition.
7. Entry forms can only be lodged at any one (1) of the FOUR (4) Wedding Expos being undertaken in the Illawarra and Shoal Haven identified between 18th May, 2008 and 17th May, 2009 by Unlimited Marketing Potential (Trading as Our Wedding Expos™) between 10am and 2pm. 1) Our Wedding Expo and Bridal Fair at “The Great Hall” Wollongong University, Northfields Ave, Wollongong NSW 2500 on Sunday 18th May, 2008. 2) Our Wedding Expo and Bridal Fair South Coast, at the “NEW” Shoalhaven Exhibition Center, Bridge Road, Nowra NSW 2541 on Sunday 14th September, 2008. 3) Summer on the Coast Wedding Expo at Gabbys, Prince Alfred Street, Berry NSW 2535 4) Illawarra Weddings Expo at Sea Spray Function Center, Junction Road, Shellharbour (on Shellharbour North Beach) NSW 2529 on Sunday 1st February, 2009.
8. If the first draw winner is not in attendance at the draw then a draw will continue until a winner is in attendance to collect the prize.
9. All entries must be on the official entry form and only one (1) entry per wedding couple.
10. All entrants acknowledge that by completing the competition application form they authorise the promoter to make contact with them from time to time via e-mail, phone or written communication and that their information will be held on a secure data base.
11. The promoter is Unlimited Marketing Potential Suite 12E, 44 Oxford Road Ingleburn NSW 2565 A.B.N 17 435 347 043
12. The promoter accepts no responsibility for competition businesses not being available on the chosen date of the winners wedding.
13. The winner must undertake their best endeavours to seek a date with their chosen businesses for a date that will be suitable to all parties.
14. The winner accepts the terms and conditions of the participating businesses of the competition (as per below).
15. The winner acknowledges that availability conditions apply to all competition businesses.
16. All businesses that are part of the competition may not be available on your chosen date for your wedding if this is the case it will be the responsibility of the competition winner to organise a date that fits with the businesses.
17. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or a lesser value prize.
18. Prizes are not redeemable for any other services.
19. The Winner acknowledges that some prizes require the purchase of a service or product to redeem the prize.
20. Notification of the winner will be advised on website www.illawarraweddings.com.au
21. Prize is not transferable to any other party other than the winner.
22. If the winner decides that one of the prizes is not suitable they are not compensated for the diminished competition prize value.
23. The winner of the competition acknowledges that there is no claim or rebuttal against the prize promoter or any participating competition business. No correspondence will be entered into.
24. All prizes must be booked by the 30th November, 2009

25. Minimum of 150 guests.
26. Friday or Sunday evening only during the months of APRIL – AUGUST depending on availability.
27. Reception package @ $90.00 / person as we include total price of cake, fireworks on entry, $25 allowance on centre pieces and any choice of colour sash.....
28. A 5 Hour Package including Standard Drinks
29. Reception needs to be in the Off Peak season (April, May, June and July)
30. An Expiry date till the 30th August, 2008

An Invitation, Wishing Well / Chest and Aquatic Display Package by ESSENTRIC - $5000.00
31. Exclusive to ESSENTRIC - Aquatic Displays or Aquatic Columns to suit bridal main table. Maximum size 5m unit or 2 x columns delivered within 30 kilometres of the Wollongong CBD. Other areas will be P.O.A. for delivery.
32. Photographic / Designer wedding invitations. All invitations come with envelopes and personalization.

35. Either a Wishing Well or a Treasure Chest for wedding guests to leave their wedding envelopes. Availability conditions apply.

37. Photographic package 1 normally retails for $3400.00. Save $1000.00 of normal price. Final cost being $2400.00
38. Photographic package for 8 Hours of the Wedding.
39. The prize covers travel 80km from the Wollongong CBD- if additional travel is required, please notify the studio and costings can be arranged.
40. Leather Bound Graphic Designed Album.
41. 2 Only 7” x 7” Coffee Table Books

43. A CD of all your photos (royalty free).

No Limits - Video Package – save $1000.00 on $2,450 Touchstone Package
44. Availability conditions apply.
45. Video package covers the Brides Home up until the end of the Bridal Waltz.

49. Extra DVD’s can be made at an extra cost of $45 per copy
50. Value of prize $1000. The remainder $1450 must be paid at least 2 weeks before the wedding day.
51. The services must be booked within a month of the prize being won.
52. The prize is not redeemable for cash or transferable to another person.
53. If the required date has already been booked, the studio will endeavour to provide a photographer for the prize package but holds no responsibility. It is best for the winning couple to choose another date that suits all professionals on the day.
54. The prize covers any 50km from the Wollongong CBD. If outside of this area a further $250 is required.
55. All footage taken on the day is copyright of No Limit Pictures and cannot be reproduced and/or edited in any way without written permission of the studio.

Cool Classic Cars - Wedding Car Package - $1600.00
56. Supply 2 1951 Buicks (Sedans) for a maximum 5 hours continuous duration to the value of $1600.00. Does not include Get-Away.
57. Wedding must be held in the Illawarra region.
58. All travel on the day is restricted to a 30klm radius from pick-up of the bride.
59. The cars will remain together and travel in tandem throughout the service
60. Number of people carried in each vehicle is strictly in accordance with RTA regulations.
61. No eating, drinking or smoking is allowed in the vehicles and no person suspected of being intoxicated will be carried in the vehicles.
62. The package is only available Off Peak April, May, June and July.

Formal Wear Express Package - $300.00
64. Supply suits to the value of $300.00. Balance of Hire package to be paid by client
